The traditional career path prevents new college graduates from committing to service opportunities without sacrificing their career aspirations...until now.
ServiceCorps selects, trains, and empowers top college graduates, ServiceCorps Fellows, to launch a career and make an immediate social impact by joining the fellowship and serving for one year at our social sector partner organizations.
After one year of high-impact service with our Social Sector Partners and rigorous leadership development training, Fellows either 1) stay at their placement organizations for full-time work 2) transition to the private sector 3) return to academia as more mature, socially-engaged individuals, who are poised to make greater contributions to their companies and communities.
We embrace the values of the millennial generation and believe that the best way to create sustainable change and strengthen our communities is through cross-sector collaboration with the nonprofit and public sectors. They recognize that a lack of service experience results in a failure to lead and are committed to work with ServiceCorps to close the growing leadership gap.
Our Social Sector Partners work tirelessly to close the opportunity gap and span across the nonprofit and public sectors, including but not limited to: Arts & Culture, Civil Society, Poverty, Education, Environment, Health, International, and Veterans.
Our carefully selected ServiceCorps Fellows are passionate about social change and have sacrificed a larger paycheck to spend the first year of their career in service of something greater than themselves.
ServiceCorps is setting out to inspire corporations, social sector organizations and college students to think differently about the intersection of profit and purpose.
