Passionate: The most sustainable form of enthusiasm and positive energy comes from doing what you love. We want to work with people who are as passionate as we are to build ServiceCorps and further the Service Year movement.
Exemplary: Leadership without ethics is like a ship without a rudder. We look for leadership qualities based on a foundation of values and ethics that while individually based, are universal and exemplary in practice.
Unconventional: Albert Einstein once said, “We cannot solve our problems from the same level of consciousness that created them.” At ServiceCorps we look for individuals that are not afraid to question long-standing assumptions and disrupt existing frameworks to facilitate true social change.
