Interviews

It is the Fellows responsibility to reach out to key contact(s) to arrange the necessary "Fit Interview".
Due to geographic and cost constraints, the majority of interactions between Fellows and Social Sector Partners will take place remotely. ServiceCorps continues to evaluate technology solutions to make "Fit Interviews" run as smoothly as possible, but for the time being, email and phone are the preferred methods of communication.
It is the Social Sector Partners responsibility to be responsive and to arrange any additional evaluation steps needed by their organization, such as: case studies, request for writing samples, Excel tests, additional applications, questions, etc.
