ServiceCorps selects, trains, and empowers top college graduates to launch a career and make an immediate social impact by securely deferring their positions at leading corporations for one year of service.
We partner with leading corporations to "secure and defer" top undergraduate job offers so that emerging leaders can serve for one year at the finest nonprofit and public organizations.
After one year of high-impact service with our Social Sector Partners and rigorous leadership development training, Fellows return to our Corporate Partners as more mature, socially-engaged employees, who are poised to make greater contributions to their companies and communities.
Our Corporate Partners embrace the values of the millennial generation and believe that the best way to create sustainable change and strengthen our communities is through cross-sector collaboration with the nonprofit and public sectors. They recognize that a lack of service experience results in a failure to lead and are committed to work with ServiceCorps to close the growing leadership gap.
